Gwent Students Get Taste Of Hell Quot Kitchen

The judges will not be as ferocious as Gordon Ramsay Hells Kitchens. But the owners of Newports Chandlery Restaurant, Simon and Jane Newcombe, will keep an eye on who is cut out to do in the field. Young people who are studying hospitality and catering will take part in a competition based on television Hells Kitchen. Two teams of students discover Coleg Gwent tomorrow night, if you can handle the heat in the kitchen. They prepare menus, ingredients and run the front of the house restaurant.
